Men frequently complain about the sagging appearance of their neck as they get older. In some cases, it is due to an accumulation of fat that can be effectively treated by liposuction. This approach requires good skin quality so that it will retract following the removal of the excess fat. In the past, the only option for loose skin was a surgical neck lift.
